Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing/ Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the practice. This multifaceted position requires a person who is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry, possesses strong communication skills, and is adept at juggling various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the practice’s services and products, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Book appointments, answer phone calls, using our booking software.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. Provide administrative support such as processing payments, maintaining client records, and managing inventory of retail products.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the practice.
• Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and track performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
• Uphold the practice’s standards of excellence in customer service, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications (required)

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• High school diploma our equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and adapt
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
• Familiarity with sales operations

Qualifications Prefered:

• Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• License beauty/ aesthetic professionals encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
